We provide a 30-day no-reason return and exchange period beginning on delivery. Contact Support@buirld.shop or (786) 330-4277 before mailing an item so we can authorize the request and provide a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

The merchant pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns and exchanges and for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders. There is no restocking fee.

Custom products, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded only for non-quality reasons. These exclusions never remove statutory or quality remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or incomplete items.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Once issued, a refund normally appears within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or card provider.
